I have been waiting over SIX MONTHS for them to refund my order that never arrived.
This is just a sample of the dozens and dozens of emails I have sent:
I have tried to track the shipment but when I use the confirmation tracking number it says that it doesn’t exist.
Please advise where this order is.

I am astounded at the poor service. Never in my life have I had an order take this long to arrive. A week is a long time in the year 2018.
According to the tracking it has been in transit from the 7th to the 23rd and has just left Hong Kong. If, and when this order arrives, it will be my last. How long have you had my money now? Ridiculous.
OCTOBER 28, 2018 I HAVE NO ORDER AND TOU HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR MONTHS! Please process refund ASAP.
THEN ON NOVEMBER 2ND I RECEIVED THIS:
We will process your replacement order for you now, there’s no need for you to do anything!
We remind you that shipping takes 10-20 business days for orders placed in the US and 10-30 business days outside the US.
