I bought a toy for my dog. The noise it made scared him, so I contacted them for a refund. They would not tell me how to ship it back. They would not issue a refund. I asked for a different toy. They never sent it. I contacted them 4 times to no avail. Basically, I ended up donating $25 to this company for nothing but aggravation.

Milo activity ball aririved with 4 changeable faux fur covers for ball. All covers close with zippers. I immediately contacted the company to return item, as zipper pulls could easily be chewed off .

This toy is unsafe. The zipper pulls could easily be pulled off, ingested and cause intestinal blockage. I have sent 3 emails with photo to return for refund. No response.

A WARNING

DO NOT BUY from this company. Ordered several toys and boots. Boots never arrived. One ball broken and they sent another which doesn’t work. The Hamster battery compartment screw will not unscrew. Tried all different screw drivers but can’t get it out. I was told to send them a picture so I did. I kept getting emails that my complaint was being reviewed every time I emailed to see where my refund was. After 7 months of no credit I emailed again and there reply was it was over the 180 warrantee date.A waste of almost $100.00. The products and service are horrendous. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

I ordered one extra large bed and then it said if I ordered another one I would get 20% off so I ordered another extra large bed and that was quite a few weeks ago. No email confirmation no nothing and now I’ve received one bed with *** in it and they still owe me a second. I cannot read the website because I don’t know what their website is.

Item is total crap! NO padding in the bottom and the sides don’t even stay up. Material is the cheapest quality and won’t hold up to normal use I am positive. I asked for a refund and they were horribly rude and said they don’t do refunds! Unbelievable. And it was fairly expensive! That’s the worst part!!!!

The toys are cheap and nasty. The beds are too small and nort fit for purpose. They keep telling you that they will send a refund but do not. Then they say you are not of time! There is a pattern in all these reviews. AVOID!

I ordered a Milo Nest for my puppy on October 23rd, and was told it was shipped on October 25th. I have yet to receive it, so I notified Pay Pal. They sent an email to Conscious pets who emailed them back to say it can take up to two weeks to receive. In my original email to Conscious Pet, I told them to xl the order, in the meantime I am being through Pay Pal for the order. If this is not settled by November 26th Pay Pal closes their books.

I ordered a couple of items and never received them. I texted and they said they would be happy to send the items again. The order had taken so long and we moved. We had the mail forwarded to our new address for 6 months. When they found out we moved since the original order placed they told us we could not get a replacement or a refund of money. If we had received the order in a decent timeframe the change of address would not even be an issue. There are much more people/pet friendly businesses that will honor purchases I will never order from this place ever.

"Customer service" offered me a refund 7 months ago, but said I would have to wait for it. I kept on checking every month. They kept replying that they had to get to others first. And each time, they addressed me by some other customer's name! Finally, they said they had issued a refund . . . but it was not my order so of course I didn't get it. When I complained again, they said "it has been more than 6 months since your order so there is nothing we can do."

This company should fold. Terrible customer service. I was suppose to get a dental chew bone and I received another bouncing ball. The first bouncing ball was broken so I wrote to the company for a refund. The said they will replace the ball with a dental chew bone. Received another ball months later. The balk is worthless. Thumbs totally down for this company!
