I puchased a motion ball from this company for my two dogs. It felt like a plastic piece of junk to me, and neither of my dogs was interested in it all ( when they are usually excited about any kind of new toy). I sent it back within a few days with a request for a refund. I FINALLY heard from them, and was told my refund would not happen because I "had not met" their "requirements" for a return/refund, while I had PROOF from the USPS of when the item was sent by me and when it was received by this company.Twenty- six dollars may not seem like a lot of money to most people, but it is for me. I feel like I have been scammed, as the item I bought was nothing like I had expected from their website videos. I will not puchase anything else from this company EVER AGAIN and no one else should either.

I have asked for a refund since August when I returned a defective dog toy. It is now the middle of November and just got another excuse.

No product no refund
I ordered a product from this company in June and have sent several emails in July and August. regarding never receiving my order. The last being sent September 7. I was told the order was lost. Every email response is the same... "they are processing my refund." It is now September and still no refund. Do not order a thing from this company! I have read several complaints the same thing has happened. Customer service is horrible. I understand orders get lost but rectify the problem asap to avoid getting all the complaints you are getting. How many individuals are going through this same problem. I have noticed several who have addressed the same complaints. You should not be allowed to continue selling anything until this is rectified.

Absolutely abysmal company
I ordered a milo ball early June 18 - it is now mid October 18 and after numerous excuses - no ball - more excuses (repeat x 3) I had to resort to opening a complaint through PayPal to get a refund - total waste of time and money !!!

Bought activation ball for my dog
Didn't work well and then stopped so together didn't have it 24 hours. Emailed company twice and didn't even get a response. Still keep getting ads though.

No dog toy and no refund !
Ordered a toy from ConsciousPets in May. Its now September and still nothing. Emailed company for refund . They emailed back after months and said they would refund. Still nothing !

maybe all of us who have been swindled by conciouspets should get together and file a class action against them. I am sick and tired of their lying and I think they need to be taught a lesson.
